Flat Cut Letters and Logos can be used for an interior or exterior application.  Letters and logos have many different mounting options and come with a paper pattern for installing.  Depending on the application flat cut letters can be used interior giving the letters a dimensional look.  Interior substrates vary from an acrylic laminated foam to a expanded PVC product.  Premier Media Group offers many exterior substrates such as steel, to cast metal letters, to various thicknesses of brushed aluminum.  Finishes range from standard substrate color to a custom painted letter or logo.

Interior Display Letters and Logos are designed specifically for interior use with a long range of options using different types of substrates and laminates.

  • Acrylic ranging from 1/8 inch to 1 inch in depth – custom colors
  • Metal Laminate on Acrylic – polished, frosted or green glass acrylic base
  • Metal .030 aluminum laminate on Foam – many finishes to choose from
  • Acrylic 1/8″ laminate on foam – many standard colors or digitally custom printed
  • Expanded PVC
  • Polystyrene

 

Exterior Letters and Logos come in many different thicknesses and substrates giving an unique high-end look.

  • Brushed Aluminum from 1/8 inch to 1 inch in depth
  • Custom Cast or flat cut metal
  • Cut Bronze from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch in depth
  • Cut Copper from 1/8 inch to 3/8 inch in depth
  • Acrylic letters with or without metal laminates – custom painted
  • Komacel rigid PVC – standard colors or custom painted

Gives an option for larger offset from wall or used when surface is uneven for mounting.

PAD STUD MOUNT Gives an option for larger offset from wall or used when surface is uneven for mounting.

Used when wall is uneven or to anchor letter without having to drill additional holes

  • ADOBE® ILLUSTRATOR™ CS 2 – CC – .AI OR .EPS Format
  • COREL DRAW™ – Include WITH CURVES Export Option – OUTLINE ALL Text
  • ADOBE® PHOTOSHOP™ CS 2 – CC – .PSD Format – Layers Preferred
  • ADOBE® PHOTOSHOP™ CS 2 – CC LARGE FORMAT – .PSP FORMAT.  For files greater than 30,000PX x 30,000PX or 1.5GB in size
  • TIFF – .TIF OR .TIFF – Files up to 4GB in size – FLATTEN prior to submission

 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

    • Artwork must be provided in CMYK only
    • Blacks must consist of 100% black and even distribution of 35% CMY (C:35% M35% Y35% K100%)
    • Provide any desired Pantone Color Match at time of Submission
    • Objects placed on an artboard must be provided a a separate file to prevent image loss
    • Nesting of files should never be placed within additional files – any linked files should be embedded properly
    • All fonts should be Converted to Outlines (For .AI) or Rasterized (For .PSD/.TIF) – Embedded fronts may not print properly
