Digitally printed on 20 oz. flexible Flex Face material. Our privatized process for digitally printing on BOTH sides of the material to ensure consistent color both day and night. PMG offers seamless printing up to 16′ wide and 150′ long to accommodate any cabinet size. PremierFlex™ has an exceptional warranty that showcases our UV micro liquid clear coat lamination. The UV clear coat gives PremierFlex™ a flexible flex face print an additional two years of UV protection and scratch resistance for installation.
NOTE: Must include excess in your uploaded artwork to be printed. Translucent Flex Face material comes in 78in, 102in, 126in, 150in and 196in widths make sure your artwork will fit within one of these sizes or an additional waste material fee maybe added to your order. If paneling is required due to size over 192in an additional paneling fee will be assessed.

- TIFF – .TIF OR .TIFF – Files up to 4GB in size – FLATTEN prior to submission
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Artwork must be provided in CMYK only
- Blacks must consist of 100% black and even distribution of 35% CMY (C:35% M35% Y35% K100%)
- Provide any desired Pantone Color Match at time of Submission
- Objects placed on an artboard must be provided a a separate file to prevent image loss
- Nesting of files should never be placed within additional files – any linked files should be embedded properly
- All fonts should be Converted to Outlines (For .AI) or Rasterized (For .PSD/.TIF) – Embedded fronts may not print properly
Flex Face usually consists of 4 main measurements
- Visual Opening (VO)
- Outside Cabinet Dimension (OD)
- Material Excess for stretching into cabinet – standard 3 inches provided on all sides NOTE: Must include excess in your uploaded artwork to be printed.
- Retainer Width (unless cabinet does not require a retainer)
